Description:
Stuffed Indian flatbread filled with spiced mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt, chili powder, garam masala
  • Ghee or oil

Steps:

  1. Make soft dough from flour and water.
  2. Mix potatoes with spices.
  3. Stuff dough balls with potato filling and roll.
  4. Cook on tawa with ghee until golden.
  5. Serve with curd or pickle.
