Stuffed Indian flatbread filled with spiced mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt, chili powder, garam masala
- Ghee or oil
Steps:
- Make soft dough from flour and water.
- Mix potatoes with spices.
- Stuff dough balls with potato filling and roll.
- Cook on tawa with ghee until golden.
- Serve with curd or pickle.
