North Indian chickpea curry with bold spices and tomato gravy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tsp chole masala
- Ginger-garlic paste, salt, chili powder
- Coriander for garnish
Steps:
- Sauté onion, add paste and tomato.
- Add spices and chickpeas.
- Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with puri or rice.
