Description:
North Indian chickpea curry with bold spices and tomato gravy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (pureed)
  • 1 tsp chole masala
  • Ginger-garlic paste, salt, chili powder
  • Coriander for garnish

Steps:

  1. Sauté onion, add paste and tomato.
  2. Add spices and chickpeas.
  3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve with puri or rice.
