South Indian rice-lentil crepe with spicy potato stuffing.
Ingredients:
- Dosa batter
- 2 potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Curry leaves, turmeric, chili powder
- Oil or ghee
Steps:
- Prepare stuffing: sauté onion, add potatoes + spices.
- Heat tawa, pour dosa batter thinly.
- Add stuffing, fold dosa.
- Serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
