Description:
South Indian rice-lentil crepe with spicy potato stuffing.

Ingredients:

  • Dosa batter
  • 2 potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves, turmeric, chili powder
  • Oil or ghee

Steps:

  1. Prepare stuffing: sauté onion, add potatoes + spices.
  2. Heat tawa, pour dosa batter thinly.
  3. Add stuffing, fold dosa.
  4. Serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
